Rental Fee: $1000 for 4 hours

Accessibility: Accessible entrance and washroom. Note: Front-door entrance and loading only. 
Amenities: Bose sound system with Bluetooth for playlist access, Small bar fridge, 42 Champagne glasses, One round glass table + two chairs, Two 6 foot folding tables for seated events. (Chair rental required)
Catering/Drink Service: Options available. Some restrictions*
Parking: Street parking (Free after 5pm and on Sundays) 
Noise Curfew: 11pm
